As the founder and principal of Brillia, Libby contributes her vast experience in creative event design, project management, and immersive learning experiences. Her blended approach draws from organizational behavior, neuroscience, and design thinking to deliver practical, lasting impact that helps companies lead with intention and energize their people.

Events and Operations Manager

A global traveler, Laurel leads end-to-end event execution with precision and calm authority. An expert in logistics, run-of-show, and risk mitigation, Laurel aligns stakeholders and ensures seamless program delivery with discretion, sophistication, and a smile.

CHRISTIAN KRAMAR

Digital Specialist

Designs digital platforms that support event communications and engagement. Christian is seasoned in designing registration systems, mobile apps, surveys and all things digital. His touch ensures reliability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and a smooth online guest experience.

KELLY WOLF

Event and Graphic Design Lead

Translating brand strategy into compelling visual experiences is Kelly’s sweet spot. Skilled in spatial design, graphics, and production, she balances creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are scalable, on-brand, and executable within budget and venue constraints. She never shies from a challenge and thrives on creative problem-solving.

Production Manager

Liaisons with guests, our internal team, and external carriers to coordinate air and ground transfers, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure the highest of service levels. Diane’s experience, enthusiasm and keen attention to detail keep this critical aspect of events running on track and on time.

REILEY MCCLENDON

Event Manager

Attention to detail, drive, and disciplined execution define Reiley’s approach. Many recognize him from a 22-year career in the entertainment industry, often on camera, but today he channels that  xperience into his role as an Event Manager where he thrives on bringing complex productions to life. From audiovisual expertise to upholding brand standards, Reiley is a true team player who ensures every element runs seamlessly. Outside of work, he gravitates toward nature’s quiet beauty or can be found immersed in a great Western novel.

Accounting

Janice is the organized heart of finances, keeping everyday transactions and records in perfect order. She ensures accurate and timely billing and invoicing, and she always brings forth her infectiously warm and thoughtful personality.
